PU Prime Login & Client Area
Logging in to PU Prime means signing in to the Secure Client Portal to manage your account and funds, and signing in to MT4 or MT5 with your trading credentials to place trades.
Open PU Prime Account →To log in to PU Prime, sign in to the Secure Client Portal with your registered email and password to manage funds and accounts, then log in to MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 with your trading account number, password and server to place trades.
How to log in to PU Prime
- Go to the PU Prime Secure Client Portal and enter your registered email and password.
- Complete two-factor authentication if you have it enabled.
- Use the portal to deposit, withdraw, open new accounts and download platforms.
- Open MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 (or the app) and log in with your trading account number, password and server.
Security & password reset
If you forget your password, use the 'Forgot password' link on the portal to reset it by email. Enabling two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account.
